Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd) Seed Analysis
When testing cannabis seeds, the goal is to achieve a negative validation of a batch. Analytical and statistical methods are combined to determine, with a certain probability, that a batch is free from Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd). Example 1: If 250 seeds from a batch of 10,000 are tested negative, there is approximately an 80% probability that the batch is viroid-free. Example 2: If 600 seeds from a batch of 10,000 are tested negative, there is approximately a 95% probability that the batch is viroid-free. Up to 10 seeds can be analyzed in a single test. Cannabinoid Analysis
Cannabinoid analyses are routinely carried out on the 11 most important naturally occurring cannabinoids: Δ9-THC, Δ9-THCA, Δ8-THC, CBD, CBDA, CBG, CBGA, Δ9-THCV, CBDV, CBN, and CBC. Our analyses are quantitative, and the results are expressed in weight percent. Upon request, we also analyze samples for the semi-synthetic cannabinoid HHC, with stereoselective testing, i.e., distinguishing between 9R-HHC and 9S-HHC. For Δ9-THC/Δ9-THCA, CBD/CBDA, and CBG/CBGA, the neutral and acidic cannabinoids (suffix A) are measured both separately and in total. For example, the indication “Total THC” in the certificate represents the calculated overall concentration as neutral THC in your sample material. Pricing: 1–24 analyses: EUR 45.00 excl. Kratom Analysis
Our kratom analyses are carried out using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on state-of-the-art instruments. Your samples are quantitatively tested for the alkaloids primarily responsible for efficacy – mitragynine and 7-hydroxy-mitragynine. The concentrations are reported in weight percent. Psilocybin Analysis
Our analytical laboratory offers qualitative and quantitative determination of the main alkaloids in psilocybin-containing mushrooms using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode array detection (DAD). The relevant tryptamine derivatives psilocybin, psilocin, baeocystin, norbaeocystin, and aeruginascin are detected. The method enables precise separation and identification of these substances based on their characteristic absorption spectra and retention times. Scope of services: - Drying of the sample material to constant weight - Gentle extraction of the alkaloids and chromatographic separation - Qualitative and quantitative determination of the main alkaloids - Issuance of a certificate with concentration data (wt. %) Area of application: The analysis enables the chemical characterization and quantitative determination of psilocybin in mushroom samples. It can be used in research and also contribute to health prevention by helping to rule out the unintentional ingestion of psilocybin-containing mushrooms.
